This policy explains how 10 Eleven Technology LLC ("10 Eleven," "we," "us") handles information when you visit 10eleventech.com or contact us. It covers this website only. Our product TableSpring has its own privacy policy at tablespring.com.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. The contact form opens your own email app; it does not store anything on this website.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on this website.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to you, discuss and provide our services, and keep records of our business correspondence. We use technical information only to operate and protect the website.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our email and website hosting providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads. Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@10eleventech.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
